I have never been in the store but I have dealt with the staff and the staff is very professional and courteous. They are quick to help and answer any question. The reason I'm giving a 1 is because the website is horrible. I spent 45 minutes trying to get to my school and never got it to come up. I typed in the name of my school and the city and state and it would start me in alphabetical order. I could never get it to get to the O's which is what the school starts with. I even used the card I got in the mail with the website to pay on orders and kept getting an error page. If your going to have a website it should be easier to navigate.
They suck so bad they don't answer phone calls and are very rude
Helpful with a last minute order. Very limited parking available. Pricey and required purchase by the school system for graduation.
Staff is rude and unhelpful. Find another location or better yet, buy a ring someplace else.
I hate Jostens I think I will not be purchasing from them anymore. They give you different prices on different days and they just suck with customer service. Phones go unanswered and you be on hold for ever. I DO NOT LIKE THS COMPANY. They also close @ 4:30 and not open on weekends. Me and most other parents work normal 8-5 jobs and can not get there in that time frame. SMH
