BEWARE. Balfour's representatives came to Louisiana State University to take ring orders and promised they would arrive before graduation/ring ceremony. I am now being told it will be weeks AFTER graduation before mine even ships. Customer service is extremely poor and as should be expected from a monopolized class ring market, does not care about anything the customer has to say. I wish there were more options than having to deal with empty guarantees and false information.
