My dog is extremely timid and fearful. Megan eased her way to her before taking her back and called me throughout her time there to update me on how she was doing (I never even asked for them to do that but it was so appreciated). When I picked her up she smelled awesome and looked completely relaxed (which never happens with strangers). Thankful for their patience and kindness with her!
Recently went in to get supplies for my newly adopted cat. Rami was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me so much information!
