I am VERY picky about who grooms my dog and how. I have lived her over 2 years and this is the first groomer I've liked in Baton Rouge. He looked great when I picked him up and since it's done on a first come first serve basis, I dropped him off at 7:30 and he was done 2.5 hrs later. Very happy with my experience.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable price
My fur babies love this place. Never used their grooming services but have boarded here many many times. The staff is always friendly and I have never had any problems. My dog always seems happy to be here.
Went to the Jefferson location to have my lab groomed/bathed. When I picked him up he was still wet and shedding like they didn't even brush him at all. He didn't smell fresh and clean like he just had a bath. When I mentioned to the staff that he was still wet, one employee offered to go finish drying him, which I would have taken her up on but she walked away immediately after offering. Won't be going back.
