Nice people. Love the neatly kept and nicely designed showroom—kudos to the Store Decorator. I particularly love the sofas and accessories. Prices are fair for great quality of product. I’ve gotten a sofa and rugs here.
Beautiful furniture; outstanding customer service.
Initially I was impressed with the sales help and variety of furnishings but that quickly turned sour when an defective ottoman was delivered. It took 2 weeks to get service and then since it couldn't be repaired it took an additional week and a half and 4 phone calls to het a replacement. I still think they have quality furniture and competent sales and service help, just no commitment to a speedy, frustration free resolution.
The floor displays are in great shape and up-to-date with a wide selection of types and styles of furniture. Prices are very reasonable. The sales team was not pushy and only occasionally came by to check on us. I would recommend this store.
