I've trained off and on during that time between health problems. It is a safe place to work out. It's open and excepting to EVERYBODY (every body). I've watched members lose 50-100 pounds. You don't have to lose weight just to go to this gym.
Fantastic staff and instructors!! It is so encouraging to go to a gym whose employees notice when you're gone and acknowledge your hard work. I never have a workout where I don't hear "you're doing a good job" or "keep it up, you're almost there." I actually enjoy working out at the UFC gym on Acadian!
Joined UFC Gym at Acadian about 5 months ago. I can probably say I am currently at the best shape in my 20s. Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The boxing/kickboxing classes are literally the best circuit workout I have ever done. Thanks UFC gym for getting this chubby guy back in shape.

My child has been training at UFC since it opened (>5yrs). The kids Juijitsu program is great.
This place is awesome! It is a very fun and different way to workout. The instructors and staff are all very helpful. It's just an all around great experience. Definitely recommend!
