I have now signed up for a year, and am happy to report that the workouts continue to get even better.
I love this gym!! The coaches are amazing, they really spend time with you teaching you the basics of self defense and the classes they provide are AMAZING. I leave dripping in sweat every single time. Every class is a challenge. I would recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get in shape, or learn skills in fighting. Love love love this place.
I joined several months ago and absolutely love it! It relieves so much stress and it's clean! instructors are so nice and actually want to see you improve and seems to love what they do! I'm glad I joined and found something I love to do!
I wasn't sure about the fighting part. I was worried it might be too aggressive and I had a preconceived idea of UFC. As it turns out, it is a blast, and has given me a boost of confidence and a great way to work through daily obstacles.
I needed a place to workout and a friend recommended I try this one. The staff was friendly and helped me sign up for a summer special, which turned out to be much better than I expected. The coaches here are positive and have pushed me beyond what I thought was possible. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months and have noticed my energy levels rise. My core strength, stamina, and mindset have improved since joining this gym.
I love the boxing and kickboxing classes! The coaches are awesome and keep things fresh. It's never the same workout. It's not intimidating at all, and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
Andrew G, the GM, was professional, friendly and super helpful with all of the gym's offerings. The facility is extremely clean and I find all of the trainers are very motivating while keeping the classes fun!
