People always seem to be excited to see you when you arrive, and you often depart feeling joyous, renewed, healed, and always more at peace. The Red Shoes provides a safe and non-judgmental space for people to gather, learn, share experiences, and heal. Anyone who is looking for a compassionate and spiritual community to support and nourish them in their growth, you will surely find it at The Red Shoes. The calendar of events is always changing. You can find anything from Yoga and meditation to film studies, Reiki classes, and even more throughout the year. Each month I'm eager to see what's on the calendar. There’s always something new to learn at the Red Shoes! I have made life-long friends and met some amazing teachers who share great wisdom at this center.
