Ordered food, took forever and clearly wasn't put into the kitchen in a way that allowed them to cook things in a cohesive order.
The manager was very nice and apologetic and did comp my meal for me when I brought up the complaints which I appreciate.
Personally ordered med. Rare ribeye. Came out medium except for in a couple places and potatoes were luke warm but has been waiting so long it didn't really matter.
We frequently dine at the Millerville location and rarely have an issue.
The first booth had no plates on the tables but the table had not been wiped at all. The dead fly smoothed on it was especially unappealing.
There was a woman in a booth near the bar entrance who had been reading a menu when we walked in. She still didn't have a drink nor had anyone even approached her while we were there.
Server never even asked how everything was, or really checked in. Manager was awesome though. Will be returning only because part of gift was gift card I didn't know I had until I'd paid already.
Went in to have a drink while our dinner was being prepared. Great bartender I will not order take out again. I ordered the fajita combo, first off I asked for silverware, then had to ask for my cheese dip and pico, wow I should've just opened the box to check my food. No flour tortillas, 4 pieces of shrimp and 5 slices of steak as big as the shrimp. I only recommend this place for a drink nothing else.
Considering all these facts together we decided to leave. Considering the other reviews of this location also indicating poor service someone should look into better management for this one.
Food tasted okay minus the small issues, was mostly just service.
Worst Chilli's I have ever been to. Took over 10 minutes for a server that wasn't even mine to acknowledge me. Tyler still hasn't been by my table once. It took over 20 minutes for my drink to come out. I just got it and the place closes in five minutes so I can't even order another. The food is horrible. No dipping sauce with what I ordered. No silverware or napkin the entire time I dined. Now the hotel bar is closed and I was only able to order one drink at Chili's when I was trying to binge.
It was alright, I guess. Went for a work Christmas party. Were officially seated briefly before another party. Ordered drinks, those took a fair bit, were waiting on a couple more people, ordered apps while waiting, got 2/4 at first, had to send one back because cold, out of stock of one so there's that, finally got last two apps as food was served to next door party, both cheese fries, one was stuck so bad to the pan you could barely eat it.
There were two other booths and one 4-top occupied in the bar area. There were 3-4 employees hanging out at the bar but none working behind it. None of that group addressed us nor any other customer that I noticed. There were maybe 3-4 tables in the dining area being used by customers.
We were there for approximately 10-15 minutes.
My wife and I dined here for our weekend night out dinner. Recently Chili's started a new ad campaign that encouraged us try them again. The portion size has increased and we left satisfied with the experience. Service was adequate and pricing was, ehh, okay.
Went in around 1-1:15pm today (Sunday) to the location on Constitution Avenue in Baton Rouge, La. No host/hostess was at the door. After almost a minute the host came from the kitchen, asked if I wanted to sit in the bar or dining area. I responded that it did not matter as long it was a booth so he offered me my pick of the open ones in the bar area. So I seated myself as he bee-lined it back to the kitchen.
We waited a few minutes but did not see our waiter nor get drinks.
My waiter promptly appeared from the kitchen area and took the drink orders for my wife and me and let us know the fryer was down before going back to the kitchen.
