Absolutely horrible customer service and this by a team leader at that. Order was wrong. Burger wasn't fresh. Wasn't asked if it was dine in or carry out so therefore my food was placed in a bag when I was eating in. If you're really wanting Jack in the Box then I'd suggest finding another location and skip this one altogether.
Oh and I did fill out their survey that was on my receipt and gave great detail about my visit. As I was leaving I got a phone call from someone about my visit and he said that he would reach out to the restaurant general manager and have him/her contact me the next morning. Well the next morning came and went and no additional contact.
Our service from Nona was so nice we stopped in for food on our trip back, and I’ve never been so pleased with the service. Food amazing and hot!!! Please move her to the Perkins location!!! We need more people like her! Thanks
It's fast food. They got the order wrong. We got curly not regular fries, and I got cheese when I asked for no cheese.
Mona was great! Like the best ever and not because she upsized the drink and gave us free fries but because of her voice, it is so happy and make you want to come back just for her. I don't come here often but when I do it's always rude teenage girls sounding unbothered on the intercom like they hate that you even pulled up. Constantly with attitudes forcing you to not want to come back. But Mona made our night. Oh and we weren't sitting on the drive thru timer tonight. The others wouldn't care but Mona got us in and out in no time.
These guys are so inconsistent that it's cruel. They often get your order wrong or charge you for something you didn't get but occasionally they'll get it right. The food itself is good enough. I really like whatever they do with their bacon and their signature burgers are usually unique and tasty but this particular jack in the box is a disappointment.
So it appears that customer service isn't a priority from this particular location.
