No.Go to Steve Madden, or the huge Shoe Dept. store upstairs that just opened that has way more shoe options than this place. I usually pass by this store, but I was looking for flats and decided to walk in. I was the only one in there and the sales associate was nice & helpful. I really liked the color of one shoe, so I bought it on a whim. When I got home, I tried it on again, and just didn't like the bulky zipper on the back of the shoe. It really looked tacky & it shook when i walked. When I went to return, I was treated poorly. They really need professionalism at this store. My biggest pet peeve is being treated like a liar! I was questioned about where I wore it, where the "scuffs" came from, and was told that it was worn. If you can't prove it, then what's the point of questioning me? I didn't wear the shoe any where and I really didn't appreciate being treated like that. If the shoe makes it annoying to walk, then I'm NOT going to wear it. Simple enough. Then, like I'm stupid, they asked me if I wanted to buy ANOTHER shoe! Money isn't something just given to you,so you should be able to return anything, no questions asked, if you have a receipt. Period. That's the policy. The way they treated me, they are desperate for $$ and will join the other chained up & empty stores in the mall soon!! Won't be back!
Wide arrangement of shoes, but the service there makes the experience terrible. I went in one night and immediately found a shoe on sale that I like. The two people behind the desk were talking. I made my way to the desk, neither of them had said hello or how I was yet. When I got close to the desk, they both looked up at me, then back at each other and continued talking. I immediately turned out and left.
I come to this store for all my shoe needs I'm always greated, treated, and help in the best way. Always by the same gentleman in the morning. If I need a fashion do or don't he is always at my disposal.
Seemed like a descent store. When we got home we realized that my wife was charged for some shoe insoles that she had no intention of buying. The insoles were placed in the bag and she was charged for them according to the receipt. This was on 6/11/16
I went back the next day, it was a different person manning the counter. He at least asked how I was, but when I asked if I could try on a shoe he gave me a look like he didn't want to be bothered.
I LOVE this store. I got both pairs of prom heels from here. Everyone is nice & helpful & I always come there first when im looking for boots or heels.
