I like charlotte Russe, however I wouldn't recommend online shopping with them. They lost my package a week ago. Still haven't received a refund or any items. This was a birthday gift, I thought maybe ordering would be faster. Shop in store NOT ONLINE. resolution process for lost items takes weeks. Only took 3 mins to debit my card though.

This store is located on second floor onside on JcPenny.. For a thick shaped woman iFinally can find my size in the smaller store in mall.. service is very good here also
