Great store and the staff is helpful
I been shopping here for years but lately it's been a unprofessional experience ..I did 3 online orders and all 3 times I didn't receive my order because they had my address wrong..3 times is enough
i got shoes from the store in Baton Rouge for my birthday and they were completely two different sizes. the lady that checked us out DID NOT check to see if they were the same size and now that i realized that they’re different they do not have the other shoe and it’s not available online! BAD service!
DSW Baton Rouge is my "go to" store. I just LOVE it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They always have a wide and changing selection on their clearance section with killer discounts. I never used to buy unusual shoes because I couldn't afford to buy shoes that would only go with one outfit. I now have a closet full of fun, stylish, beautiful shoes as well as the basics. I love you DSW. Matter of fact, just writing this review makes me want to go there right now.
