Do not ever order online from them! After receiving the wrong package and being told it was because they were out of the item I ordered- never being contacted to tell me this or ask if I wanted a refund- I have spoken to two people and was told by both of them that I would receive a return label in my email and have still never received one. After multiple emails being sent and multiple unanswered phone calls I am beyond fed up with this company.
I have been in the market for Vibram Womens FiveFinger KSO or Sprint "foot glove" shoes, and I have been shopping around for them (online and at local retailers). When I visited Massey's of Baton Rouge, although ALL womens Vibram shoes were priced $74.99 to $79.99, the shoes I chose (KSO), were apparently $84.99. This is also after I found, online, that the womens KSOs were listed as $79.99 at Massey's in Baton Rouge. I politely informed the sales clerk that all womens Vibram foot gloves were priced within the $74.99-$79.99 range; however, he insisted that the KSOs were "more expensive" and $84.99. I'd wanted to shop locally and support local business, rather than shopping online, but for the same price and convenience, I will purchase these shoes online, or perhaps through Massey's website at the advertised $79.99 price.
Additionally, the staff knew very little about the Vibram FiveFingers, particularly regarding their durability and lifespan, although they claim to sell many pairs and the shoes are a popular item. I will NOT return to this store.
This site doesn't have much to choose from so when I did see something I liked and ordered I tried the payment plan but they asked for half down of what I ordered... Why would you ask for half if a person is doing a payment plan? Then when I tried to pay the half down they don't take credit or debit over the phone u can't do a check by phone I was given the option of sending in a money order or check. This was for a Christmas gift that I wanted to give my daughter and they have taken a month to get back with me and on top of that will not update you on what's going on you have to call and sit on hold for an hour for a rude representative to get on the phone. I just went bought the ugg boots out the mall should have done that in the first place but was trying to save a few bucks for Christmas... Will never order or try Masseys again.
Inexperienced and rude staff. Don't ever rent kayaks from here. I will never give business here ever again.
