It was really good but if your latose then be careful bout what u get there
I wish there was a way to post less than 1 star because I would have. We ordered cookies for delivery and waited over 2 hours calling customer service multiple times just to finally drive to the location to pick up our cookies just for them to refuse to reimburse us our delivery fee, and the ladies at the store were rude to us the entire time. If you have any issues and have to call customer service, which you will, ask for Carl because he seems to be the only person who wants to help.
Great cookies and Ice cream. Some of the prices are a little high but overall great products
I went through all the appropriate channels. But the only solution was another coupon code! That doesn't work!! I won't be eating at this location again. Who knew ordering cookies could be such a headache.
This location has terrible customer service,despite the amazing cookies. I was given a coupon code after a previous order was messed up. Their coupon codes do not work! Yes, I logged into the account first.
Cookies are amazing!!! So good every time. But customer service is seriously lacking. We pre-order 20 Minutes early every time & then go to pick it up & tonight we STILL waited over 35 Minutes!!!!
I placed a new order and called the coupon in, to their "headquarters". They then called the bakery. The bakery failed to apply to code and then pretended not to know what I was talking about when the order arrived incorrect again. The bakery told me I was a hassle and complicated. They claimed no one came to the door and we were being difficult.
