Bonnie was absolutely amazing with my son.The entire staff was superfriendly and the place was very clean. We will definitely go back
It was the first time I've ever been there with my twins. I had an appointment at 2:30 and was out by 2:50. There are these cute little chairs for them to sit in and they are able to watch a movie of their choice while getting their haircut. I strongly recommend for mothers who have toddlers
The place itself is neat with the race car seats and Barbie jeeps, but that doesn't makeup for the hair EVERYWHERE, the lack of enthusiasm, and their poor hair cutting abilities. Usually salons sweep after each haircut, but I guess since they are booking every 15 min, it's quite hard to keep up. They literally took less than 10 min cutting my 9mos olds first hair cut. Now I'm sure you're thinking "how much hair can he have?". Well he had a TON and I asked her not to cut it too short and showed her a picture of what I wanted. It looks nothing like the picture. I said I just wanted the hair over his ears trimmed, not up over them (the pic had the hair over the ears). It was his first haircut and you would expect for people who apparently chose to work at a kid haircut place to be a little more energetic and enthusiastic. You'd be better off taking your child to an actual barber who does adult haircuts. I am regretting getting his haircut so much.
They are so good with kids, including those with special needs. Also cut adult hair quite nicely.
If I could give them no stars I would!!!! I had an appointment for my sons first haircut. While sitting there waiting, I witnessed a woman holding a childs head down forcefully and he was screaming and crying bloody murder. The woman cutting this little toddlers hair was laughing and just kept on and on. My husband and I sat there for a few minutes before we got up and left. We refused to let anyone there touch our child in such a manner. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I would not recommend anyone ever going to this place ever.
