Terrible customer service on the phone. If you book your appointment online it is fine, but to call with a question and have to wait 5+ min is ridiculous. Stupid me actually called back 3 times and waited 4+ min each time. I actually waited to ask the representative why it took so long to answer the phone. And to think, I only wanted to ask a question.
I have very thin hair and it doesn't hold a curl so I wasn't really looking for a long lasting blowout, just a style for an event that evening. During my first visit, the stylist suggested that I bring in clip in extensions next time and said that it would help with the style. I made an appointment a month later for another event and brought in my extensions. Stylist clipped them in, no problem and my hair looked great. I went to pay and was charged an additional $20. I questioned why and I was told that it costs an additional $20 to place extensions. It was 7 clips. Had the stylist have told me that, I would have placed them myself after leaving. I felt they were dishonest and withholding information from me. I will not be back.
Amazing and highly professional place! Very accommodating from the complimentary beverage, to the head massages and of course the kick ass stylists! My blowout always comes out perfect and lasts for 3+ days. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone for any occasion!
This was my first time attending a DryBar! Heather, provided a great service to my textured type 4C hair and day 2 still looks like I just stepped out of the salon! Love it!
Great place to go if you want to treat yourself and get a little pampering. The staff is very friendly and it's competitively priced. Booking online is easy and quick. Conveniently located in Perkins Rowe, going there is fun and enjoyable.
