I also have extra sensitive skin and am allergic to most products. The girls working there NEVER push me to buy anything they sell. If I ask about something in particular, they try to find a sample so that I can try it before spending the money on something that might cause an allergic reaction or they will do a patch test on the back of my neck. Never a hard sell on products. I have definitely never seen one of them get huffy with a patient.
I just read the review posted 2 weeks ago. One of the many procedures I have had done is laser hair removal. I've had my face, under arms, fulls legs, and bikini area. I followed through with the full 6 treatments, and the results have been wonderful. I have had extra treatments in one area that is particularly coarse and thick, but even there the results are so extraordinary, I would be happy if they didn't improve anymore.
This is a wonderful spa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home.
I have been going to Dr. Vick's for about 4 years now. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a wide range of treatments performed and have always been very pleased with my results. I am confident however, that if I weren't for some reason, they would do everything within their power to make sure to fix the issue. They are true professionals.

Dr. Vick's spa was excellent from the moment I emailed them to the minute I walked out very satisfied. Sara was fantastic communicating by email and phone and Charlotte was excellent explaining and fulfilling my treatment! I love Dr. Vick's and can't wait to go back!
