My experience with ICONZ was sooooo long I will never foget. A normal 2 hour appt turned into 4 hours due the to numerous cell phone converstations that prevented the sylist from working on my hair. My hair style was average. What really irriated me was that Donna tried to charge for a conditioning treatment that I DID NOT REQUEST. I was quite disturbed when I questioned her about the charge and she tried to make it seem like she was doing me a favor. After leaving i found out from other clients she has tried this stunt of billing clients for sevices not requested nor needed. I will NOT be returning to ICONZ. And for those of you willing to try them out be sure to have a LOT of time and a LOT of money. My visit cost me both..
