Needs a new housekeeping crew. Hotel is only as good as housekeeping. The crew they have now does not know how to clean. There was hair in the tub. Sticky stuff on wall near the door handle. The housekeeper told me they do not sweep but i seen the clean towels and sheets laying on floor in hallway with the broom and the mop bucket with the clean towels all together. Broom was laying across the plastic bag thats holding the clean towels on the floor.
The one in Dehnam Springs is better! College drive, they refuse to service my room even when requested
Disappointed in staff friendlyness. GM makes promises to correct and satisfy coustomers but doesnt uphold promise. Stay across the street at holiday inn or crown plaza for much better coustomer service
The staff was amazing! It is walking distance to a few nice restaurants and other fast food places. Right off the expressway...and very quiet!!
Close to interstate; close to shopping malls and casual dining; nice kitchenette and spacious, comfortable rooms; would recommend for extended stays
