I travel frequently and rarely leave reviews. However, this was truly the most pleasant hotel stay in a long time. Every single staff member was courteous (a rare find!). Breakfast was consistently filling and well prepared. The room was comfortable without ANY quirks I usually find that are annoying, but not 'bad' (noisy a/c, curtain gap, etc). After a week stay there was lots of opportunity to let me down, but this property shined. Thank you!!!
Very professional staff. The hotel is exquisitely clean. The rooms are beautiful and the view is great! I would highly recommend this hotel for business or family or solo. I can not rave enough about the staff and their professionalism and helpfulness. Wonderful customer service team for sure!!!!
From the moment you step into the lobby, you are greeted by the friendliest, most accommodating professionals. We were so favorably impressed.
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Wish all the hotels we've stayed in were this perfect in so many ways. Kudos to the staff and management for a superlative job well done.
My husband and I stayed at this fabulous hotel on the way home to FL from TX on 12/27/2017. The is was by far and away the very best hotel experience we have had in the last few years and we travel often.
The staff at the front desk gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and they were spot on! Even gave us free drink coupons for two of the restaurants.
I use to work here before grand opening. Service was great back then. Now keep changing employees like crazy. Some guest I talk to in pass found room wasn't clean correctly.Big issue was large groups comes in stay. Never enough towels or extra blankets give out to guest. Location area great spot. Need run drug test on all worker's and managers.
Breakfast the next morning was also a pleasure. Lots of hot selections and everything laid out beautifully in a nice clean area. The young woman who was responsible for it all was very friendly.
Our room was squeaky clean with a wonderful view of the Mississippi River and all the boat traffic and the beds were very comfortable. What a lovely and welcome surprise.
