Room is clean and quiet. Exercise room has nice, well maintained equipment. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The maintenance man Ronnie McKenzie is awesome no better person at the hotel he helped me with my things to my room front desk is ok and tad from the kitchen is awesome if they leave the hotel I believe my stays there will end they really make this hotel a wonderful place
My husband and I have been here before but this time was different. We drive trucks and came in off the road with literally no where to stay. Our house is still being repaired from the 2016 flood and where we were staying our lease was up August 1st. So we originally went to priceline and was booked at the Extended Stay America but once we arrived they said they were overbooked. We called priceline back and they were so accommodating. Pulled up to the Courtyard and they were literally waiting at the door for us. Comp Room and breakfast. Night staff was amazing. Can't say anything bad about this place.
I'm a platinum marriott member. These rooms are dated compared to other courtyards. That being said the room was clean. The location is great if your going to need to be on campus, which we were. There are food options that are walkable but they're mostly chains. The pool is nice which we hung out by. Gym is big as well, better than most hotel gyms.
