Walked around in the store for approximately 30 minutes. No one ever came to ask if we needed any help. Upon approaching the customer service area was finally asked if I had any questions about anything. Informed the employee what I was interested in buying. Have not completely decided whether or not I will make the purchase. I don't like being bombarded when I am shopping like vultures on a dead carcass but at least within the 30 minutes or so we were there thought maybe at least one person would have approached us to see if we needed help.
They got some nice furniture with some pretty great deals (hence the 2 stars), however rude employees, acting like they so don't want to be there and if you ask a question they treat you with don't bother me attitude. The womens restroom was a mess. Trash hadn't been emptied, toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. So I decided I don't need to shop here and left. And I won't be back.

This being my first time in this westbank store I wasn't sure if they had good Quality funiture And this nice lady came to me her name was Mrs. Karin Myles. May I help you? Yes, I began to ask questions and she was very helpful. I left out with not one piece of Funiture but 2.
I have to say out of all the furniture stores I have shopped at this was the BEST!!!! My sales person Megan took amazing care of me and was able to answer all questions I had about merchandise. When it came to finalizing everything and paying Dawn was a complete sweetheart! Even talked about her dog and helped me set up a second bedroom set on layaway!!! All in all would totally recommend ask for Megan and dawn talk about great team!
