Staff, room cleanliness, and location were all very good.
I really enjoyed my stay. Clean, cool (although my a/c kept shutting off in the middle of the night, I didn't notice. I bring a high velocity fan everywhere I go) and very friendly and accommodating staff.
I've not been to a Holiday Inn express and had a bad stay. This one falls right in like with the rest. Friendly staff. Clean, updated rooms. Free breakfast that includes pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, breakfast meats, fresh fruit and more. Parking is lacking, but it's to be expected in downtown. Five stars all the way.
Loved everything! Location, breakfast, room and staff!!! Staff was beyond helpful and courteous. Definitely staying here again!
Really nice hotel in a old building but totally refurbished. The building was once a bank and there are some cool artifacts in the lobby that pay homage to the cities past.
