I can not say enough nice things about Kenneth at the mattress Direct on seigen.... When I went in to the store to look at mattresses he was kind, charming and helpful. He didn't try and sell me on anything but instead listened to what I wanted and showed me the perfect mattress at a great price, I ended up buying a mattress that day. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size mattress which I realized when it was being delivered, he called me 10 minutes after the delivery and within 30 minutes had fixed the problem. He was so kind and nice about the whole situation. This was the BEST customer service experience I have ever had, no exaggeration. If you need a mattress give Kenneth your business.

Such a pleasant experience, thanks to Corey and Tim! Went in not really knowing what to expect. Having lived in a furnished dorm/apartment the last few years, this was the first mattress I've purchased on my own. Corey was extremely helpful and informative! He made the calls necessary to have my pieces delivered on the requested date. After finishing my order, I had a change of heart. I went back in and he was so understanding and willing to help me pick the perfect one! Can't brag enough on this guy! He was awesome. Great customer service. We got our mattress and adjustable frame here, and we couldn't be happier! My girlfriend has problems with knee, hip, and back pain, and their patience while we completely tested each bed, and vast knowledge of each different mattress was unrivaled. As my girlfriend described deficiencies for her in our current mattress, Mr. Tim quickly directed us to the perfect match for us! We continued to test other beds, to ensure we were perfectly matched with the mattress for us, but, in the end, he knew from the beginning what we needed.
