First stay at a Red Roof Inn and definitely my last. Check in was slow and once we got into the room there was trash on the floor. The baseboards in the bedroom and bathroom were peelng off; bathroom door cracked. There was gum stuck to the headboard, nail polish on the light fixture above the bed, holes in the blankets, and writing on the walls. This room had bugs on top of that. Left and came back one day to find that housekeeping had been in and all they did was spray some kind of carpet freshener, but that's not the best part. Decided to hop into the shower and there was a booger on the shower curtain. This was a king room, I can't even imagine what the standard rooms are like. Do yourselves a favor and pay for a decent hotel. They should call themselves a motel instead.
UPDATE: I was double charged for my stay. My account has been overdrawn because of this. I know the receptionist could see both charges to my account, she started to say as much but quickly caught herself. I'm supposed to be getting a call back in the morning.
Left the Gulf Coast for hurricane Nate ! Nice and clean room great A/C the beds were beautiful and comfortable. Not enough people on staff poor desk clearing was multi tasking checking in people and doing deliveries to the rooms. "More Towels" ! The worst internet I've experienced at any Red Roof Inn . Open network..
Looked clean. Price good. But decided not to stay here due to lack of parking for transporters
This was a nice, clean room. I thought that such a low price would mean low quality. Not so. I had a nice, restful stay. The room was super quiet too, even though it is right by the interstate. Pleasantly surprised.
Do not book a room here!!! Nasty rooms!!!!! We checked in our room and all we could smell was musky mildew, bathrooms wasn't any better, shower was cracked and had mold on corner pieces. And don't get me started on roaches!!!! Not even worth the time or money! Would rather sleep in vehicle!!! And when brought up to service desk our problems, they tried to make excuses!! Absolutely no excuses about it!!! No pride in what they are doing!!!!
