Had everything we needed to finish our part of Thanksgiving lunch. Really nice, clean, and just the right size for the three of us to stay comfortably. Staff was very courteous and helpful; hot breakfast was delicious.
Horrible experience during our Christmas vacation! When we arrived the hotel smelled terrible, like cigarettes, old food and mildew! The staff remained very unprofessional. As i was entering the front door after walking to my car and the staff was behind the front desk playing rap music loudly and one of them was twerking right behind the front desk! The 24/7 hotel market had NOTHING to choose from! They were out of everything! The breakfast all together was a bad experience and the food was not very appetizing! Not to mention our room was a nightmare! It smelled just as bad as the lobby and halls! The bath tub had so much hair inside it and was clogged up really bad. While I was taking a shower the bath tub filled completely up! We only had one wash cloth too. The couch in our room was very dirty and worn out completely! There were roaches crawling around in the kitchen and mold on the roof and walls and the coffee was disgusting! Very old hotel! We had an awful experience and would not recommend this hotel to the homeless!
Regina and Simone were both awesome! Simone went above and beyond her job duties to make sure that all my needs were met appropriately. And if she couldn't help me, she called on Regina who was able to see the task through. These two make an awesome team and their thoroughness was greatly appreciated.
We absolutely loved this place. It was like home. We will be looking forward to staying at places like this by Marriott!!!!
Do not have a good view of this place, horrible nights stay, hot, noisy Ac unit ,they didn't care, said they could move us to another room for next night but would be 40 dollars more. The rate for that night was a huge rip off, bad enough sweating our buts off all night and the cheap sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
