Don't waste your time or money! Hotel room was filthy, mold and mildew in the shower that could have easily been cleaned, filthy toilet, drawers in bathroom were full of makeup dust and dirt, refrigerator handles were black with grime, just to name a few problems. We didn't realized these issues until very late after checking in and we were exhausted, sheets were clean so we slept and quickly left the next morning. Emailed the manager per the request of the staff and were told, "sorry, we will let the cleaning team know!?!?" Seriously! Very disappointing!! Will never stay there again! see pictures!
Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Free WiFi and breakfast. Definitely staying here when I'm back in Baton Rouge.
It was a great place to stay Clean and it smelled wonderful when you walked into your room. The pool had nice soft towels the breakfast was good two mornings the third wasn't to good. The bed was comfortable and had alternative downs comforters. The temperature was just right in our room. The staff was very friendly. And they gave me a military discount! I most definitely will stay again!
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: I got the 2 bedroom suite for $279 a night and the rooms were not clean, as a matter of fact,the first suite I was in, had dog hair everywhere so I had to change suites! In the new suite, neither of The bedrooms were clean, The pull out couch had suspicious stains on the inside and crumbs everywhere. The bathrooms were not clean and EVERY dish in the cabinet still had food and drink in/on them. The halls and elevators were not clean at all and had stains everywhere and an odor. The breakfast was under cooked including the eggs and meat. The staff was extremely nice but the hotel its self is terrible. I have pictures. Please save your money!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be contacting corporate about my so-called "suite".
My hotel stay was great!!!! It was very peaceful and stress free. The service was good for the most part. The location couldn't get any better; the hotel was in walking distance from the town's shopping center and an assortment of restaurants, including a Starbucks.
