They increase your rent by $50-$100 every six months. They require you to give them a notice period of 4 month before leaving the apartment!! Be careful about the deposits they charge - $160 for electric, $100 for apartment cleaning in the name of security deposit. After you sign the contract, they may or may not tell you that $100 of electric bill, $50 of your security deposit is not refundable at all. After you move out, they will send you another letter for repair/damage changes but they will not deduct from the security deposit.
I think these are all unethical/unlawful practices and should be investigated.
Pros:
Great Location.
Cons: The management, particularly Ms. Ann is very rude and very mean. She cannot smile. He doesn't want to speak over the phone. Hangs up phone discourteously. She seems to racist.
Horrible experience they require you to notify them 120 before you decide your leaving even if your lease is up be careful about paying attention because they notify you of EVERYTHING else but not the important stuff like that. They will automatically renew your lease for you ! They are very secretive about a lot of things I'm unsure about and should be investigated!
