I would give zero stars. I am a teacher moving to the area inquired about a rental unit in the Cottages. The sales name Brian associate changed everything he said from the day before. Including the rental price. Online it stated 1,200; I was told that was wrong and it is 1,225. As we were talking he kept changing and adding requirements; so much so they are discriminatory. If this company manages your property, find another company because it will sit empty. If you are thinking about becoming a tenant then you have to make a minimum of $58,800 to live here and even then I wouldn't do it because they change the rules to suit them. Thank goodness I did not rent here.
I was signing the lease and asked a simple question about the lease, and this made him (the owner) feel "uncomfortable". So he then said we couldn't sign the lease. Very unprofessional and unclear.
Advise is a gift, you either take it or leave it. DO NOT rent any apartment or buy house from these people these crooks will come up with false report to steal your deposit. I would take this advise if I were you others stated the same thing.
