The realtor tried steering My client to several other loan officers of the list agent choice. Which was all white no offense. Which is illegal. Based on the text from this Ms. Walker she wasn't only discriminating against the company but discriminated against My client question if she was able to afford the property. The client also went to the house she placed a contract on and the neighbors let their dog out on them n frighten the kids and her older mother.
The positive and inspiring environment , not to mention the professionalism is outstanding ! Very proud to work with such a great team !
On an accepted offer a realtor from KDK Alyssa Walker cancelled a contract based on the mortgage company of the client choice "mortgage Broker Ambassador " After a week under contract. .
The Ms. Walker later reached back out to Me to ask if my client would like to proceed after the Ms. Walker aggressively demanded she was sending over a cancellation contract because the buyer ( My client) didn't want to use her lenders. This not how the industry should be. The main goal and objective is to support the client Dream and that's becoming a homeowner. The client no longer wants to move forward based on how she was treated by a KDK realtor. DISCRIMINATION
