Terrible real estate management company. Have been renting for three months and a leak the roof has yet to be fixed. Custom Solutions has sent out less than professional repair workers on numerous occasions and each time it rains the ceiling continues to leak. I would not recommend renting from them. If I could give zero stars I would.
I have rented from this company for not even 6 months and it has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Our roof has been leaking since we have lived here, they have patched sections of the roof but not truly fixed or replaced it. My roof keeps leaking and they keep sending out the same, less that professional workers to make half way repairs.
