Being a fan of farm to market dining, I am continually impressed that P.F. Chang’s is able achieve this, successfully, on such a large scale! The consistency of flavor and freshness, at least at this location, I consider to be unrivaled and almost unheard of in today’s restaurant market.
Not only is the food delicious and consistent, but the service here is so unpretentiously comfortable and somehow seems to improve every time we return. If you ever find yourself dining here, ask for Jessica and you won’t be disappointed. On this last visit, she said treated us more like family than just another customer.
To the restaurant management here, keep on doing what you’re doing, because it definitely works! Also, I am honored and humbled that you would offer such a generous Military discount......it helps more than you could possibly know. Merry Christmas and God Bless!
The food here is simply amazing. If only the service was better they would get 5 stars!! We ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes for them to bring it to us and when they did the total was wrong. Inside service is usually pretty great. You really can't order anything terrible here - the food is simply incredible! Up to chain standards as I've eaten here in many cities before.
Always great service, fast seating and meals come out hot, fresh/delicious and quick! Have never had a bad experience in house or take out!
Once to twice a year, we make a special trip from Lafayette just dine here as a family. This has been going on for approximately 5-6 years now. Although this may be a chain restaurant, they’re doing something incredibly right.
The atmosphere was on the loud side. Had a dish that was misplace in our order, but the manager was very helpful in getting out the dish herself with a friendly attitude. The dishes I ordered were quite delicious, but I did feel some bits in my rice to be under cooked. Overall, the food was good, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend going anytime as when I had dinner there, it was packed and the staff were still on time. Highly recommend.
Lovely restaurant but rather noisy. The food was quite good as was the service. Prices a bit on the high side but well worth it for the excellent quality of the food - fresh ingredients and quality presentation.
