Great service their lady, no wonder you're a manager. You get an office to run off to when you don't want to talk to your customers.

Poor service. Went in to get an egg white omelette. After I paid I was told they "didn't know" how to make that even though she had whole eggs sitting in front of her. Food from cafeteria line was overly salted and tasted horrible. Coffee was awful also.
I had a very enjoyable experience. But we all know what Piccadilly has become. It's so cold and uninviting. But the staff is always nice. The food is cooked decently. It's not as it was when I was a kid.

Rude manager. They updated their POS to modern technology but the manager refused to allow me to pay via NFC on my phone. She said they do not do that, yet I pay this way at every other Piccadilly. She refused to even let me try. She said she's not "allowed" to let me try and pay my bill in that manner. I had to walk back out to get my credit card. When I told her that I may not come back because the ease of this convenience is not allowed by strictly her, she just said "sorry to hear that and walked away.
