Went drive through and requested a large red beans and rice but instead received mash potatoes and gravy. I was at home when I realize what happened call them 4 times but no one answered and voice mail box was full. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
Fast service always! Chicken is always great!Customer Service is usually good too! Only time service has been not the best is when it was busy so understandable.
Love that chicken from popeyes. Clean location, relatively fast. Can be very busy at dinner time.
I stopped by tonight at 10:10 as a drive through customer. They refused to take me even though they were open until 10:30 on Saturday according to google. The employees were standing at the end of the driveway making a chop head off gesture saying they were done serving. For fast food, that is unacceptable. This is my first experience here and it is unacceptable. Since the average serving time is less than 10 minutes, we should have been served. Thumbs down. These employees should know and respect the hours.
Dine-in service was fast. Lakeisha (hostess/cashier) was wonderful and personable. Her demeanor alone is worth 5+ stars. My order was accurate and the food was delicious. I recommend this Popeyes location.
