If I could give zero stars I would. I DO NOT recommend going to this restaurant. The worst customer service I have every received in my life and from the owner. My co-workers and I placed a group order through the Waitr app to the restaurant. Two orders were missing fries and one po-boy was incorrect. Instead of the owner trying to correct the situation he decided to be a complete a$$ instead. He refused to send us the two missing fries (no one else had fries other than the two people who were missing their fries). The owner would not let me explain what was going on he stated I needed to listen to what he had to say then I could speak (which he never gave me a chance to speak). He also stated that I the customers do not pay him Waitr pays him so he does not have to speak to me. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANY OF MY MONEY AGAIN.
Hungry and disgruntled customer!
Ordered po boys for lunch my fries and a coworker’s were missing. Waitr was very helpful in trying to get us our fries. Rocco’s did not honor our business, very poor customer service on their part. The entire order consisted of 5 individuals with two people ordering fries. No fries in the bag and the delivery driver confirmed no fries. The owner refused to send our fries but argued that they were in the bag. Unless they were invisible we got no fries dude. I am disappointed because I like Rocco’s but will not order from them again. I will also spread the word of this experience to all my co workers. My poboy was wrong too; but I was willing to overlook that, just wanted the fries delivered. Any way I can give -1 star. What restaurant doesn’t redeliver an order to customer spending money at your establishment. Your customer service sucks.
Great food and helpful cashiers. The poboys are always well done and leaves us ready to come back again.
I ordered the mozzarella sticks as a side and another person ordered the seafood kickers as his meal. We were not told that they didn't have these items until someone was sent to pick the order up, at which point we were not able to order anything else. They gave us a large order of onion rings to compensate. Unfortunately, he does not like onion rings and now has nothing to eat...
A roast beef po-boy, a shrimp po-boy, an order of fries and a bag of Sap's chips...$34...the sandwiches were average at best and overloaded with mayonnaise. Gross food and grossly overpriced. Never, I mean never again.
Ate here for the first time today. We order to-go for the office. We ordered mostly shrimp po boys. They tasted great. Plenty of shrimp and the bread was really good. Soft and flaky.
