I Did an order over the phone still had to come in store and wait 20mins. The only Wingstop ik that make u pay for ranch. If so the need to inform customer otherwise. I would just take that ride to Wingstop on Sherwood.
I don't usually leave reviews, but a lot of previous ones were negative and, since that was not my experience, I wanted to share. I placed an online order that was comprised of 4 different items, and I picked the earliest time for pickup. When I got to the store they were busy, but friendly, and the store was clean. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order, but the lady who took my order kept tabs on me and assured me it would be soon. That didn't bother me because they were slammed and she cared enough to make sure I was happy. My food was perfectly how I ordered it, and fresh. A++
The food is good but we just sat at the wingstop on Florida Blvd and waited for an hour for our food and the workers have a sorry ass attitude. People walked out tired of waiting.
Went there for lunch and could not eat my food. I ordered mild boneless wings with fries. The chicken was fried to hard and the sauce was like eating butter with a little hotsause.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many wing choices, I had the Hickory BBQ and Cajun which were good but not great. The fries were a little under cooked, the bigger pieces were still hard. Don't bother with the sauce, I had the ranch and blue cheese but it had no taste. I couldn't tell which was which, tasted watery and no flavor.
