Love calling and the person on the phone is just talking to someone else in the office with out even asking me to hold then they just hang the phone up on me.
Terri was really nice. But the rest of the staff acted as if I were bothering them when I asked a question. 3 stars is only because Terri saved the experience.
That place of business needs to get rid of some of their Co- Workers, because they do have a nasty attitude problems over there real talk
