Got a lease with the guarantee of a loaner if the leased vehicle is defective. 2 appointments No loaner. Pretty terrible, but they are sorry. That makes everything better. I guess I can say I'm sorry when I don't pay my note too. After reading some of the other responses, I can see I am not the only one who had this problem.
I have to give them their props, they are much improved. With lease agreements, it's not really important if there is a problem with the vehicle. It is important how the problem and the entire situation is handled. My most recent experience was 100% better than any previous (2nd mini). Below is the first experience with the second vehicle, but things are much better now (3/2017).
Went in just to see what our options were and left with a car. We are not from Louisiana, and needed to get a car. We worked with Allyson and she was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, honest and kind. Everyone we encountered at the dealership were all very nice. We are very happy with our experience.
Horrible customer service. Rick at the service department made a VERY rude unnecessary comment to my mother in law which is very unprofessional.
Very professional, very knowledgeable. Truly impressive. You just don't get this kind of service anymore. They REALLY know BMW's
I'm being honest when I say this has got to be the worst dealership I've ever been to.
