Got a lease with the guarantee of a loaner if the leased vehicle is defective. 2 appointments No loaner. Pretty terrible, but they are sorry. That makes everything better. I guess I can say I'm sorry when I don't pay my note too.
I have to give them their props, they are much improved. With lease agreements, it's not really important if there is a problem with the vehicle. It is important how the problem and the entire situation is handled. My most recent experience was 100% better than any previous (2nd mini). Below is the first experience with the second vehicle, but things are much better now (3/2017).
