Terrible customer service! Window is in perfect shape and is rolled down but will not come back up. So the car is driven directly to an All Star dealership - 35 minute trip. They call me the next morning and the window is shattered. They go on to tell me they have had to replace A LOT of window modules but they will not replace the broken window. Terrible customer service!!
Regarding your response - reimburse me for the window and then I can be a customer again. Don't reimburse me for the window and there is no chance. PS - teenage daughter soon to be in the market for a car - as well as ALL of her friends. Will we speak favorably of All Star or not??
I went to look at a 2017 toyota camry the sales guy was really nice! I'll definitely will go back here.
I'm very impressed with All Star. My husband bought a lovely Lexus from All Star for me this summer. He talked with the dealership and negotiated a price, then drove from Houston to pay for and pick up the car. He brought a cashier's check for the car and the taxes. He paid, and drove the car home. Just yesterday, we got a refund check in the mail. Apparently, we'd overpaid the taxes. We would never have known about the overpayment, and All Star could have just kept the money for themselves. But they sent it to us anyway. The honesty and integrity they displayed in this business deal is quite refreshing.
Unfortunately I have to give a low rating for the All Star Lincoln location in Prairieville, LA.. Let me start off by saying that the sales side of this location has an EXCEPTIONAL staff. They are there to help you in any way they can with NO PRESSURE. The service department until recently met those same standards. My car has been in their possession since 12/28. I have received only one phone call (12/29) and that call was to answer a question. I have called the service manager (Mr. Seal) twice (12/29 & 1/02) and left my number for him to return my call. As of today I still do not know the status of my vehicle. I have always given this location HIGH MARKS because of their service after the sale over the past 18 years. I hope things are not changing for the worst.
I have had the absolute worst experience ever purchasing a car from Hyundai. My car broke down on me 384 miles away from Baton Rouge. I called the dealership and they told me it was my fault I bought a 2013 Hyundai Equus (Used car) Failed to tell me the car had a non transferable warranty. The car has been in the Shop 4 months(in another state) and can't get it fixed. I've tried to reach out to the dealership to guidance, I've reached out to Hyundai motor America and to no avail, NOTHING!!! The sales manager talked to me like I was nobody, very arrogant and very disrespectful(i'll never forget that) I will never ever buy anything from an Allstar dealership Based on this experience!!!!
Update: Gryder glass to replaced window for $250. All Star lost a customer for life over $250 - better check how much it costs you to gain a customer. Not smart!
