The service team got me right in and right out!!! The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I had to get change from her so that I could partake in some m&m's while I wait. I even asked the Technican to get an object that fell between my console and he took the time to do so! Thanks Capitol service this was a great visit.
The service department gave my husband and I the run around even though our vehicle is under warranty and we experienced an issue two months after purchasing our truck. His AC has been out for the whole entire summer and we finally brought it in after having to call to 7, yes SEVEN, different people to make things happen!!! That's not all... After we brought our vehicle in they said they cannot service our vehicle.
I am typically not a person to complain, but this is awful customer care! I will be telling everyone I know about this and complaining on other forums as well due to the lack of quality care of the service department. Get it together!

The whole experience was Fantastic. Buying a new vehicle is exciting, but yet stressful. With that being said the staff was courteous, respectful, helpful and professional. This is the 2nd GMC I've purchase from Capital and the result was the same. GMC is the best quality vehicle I've owned from reliability, safety and performance. I recommend GMC to anyone who wants a quality product and Capital GMC for anyone who wants Quality Sales and Service.
