When I first saw the Tahoe online, I sent an email inquiry about it. Within minutes, I received a call from Val, who was one of the most fabulous people I've ever talked to in my life! She was kind, genuine and helpful. She invited me in that afternoon for a test drive. I don't know that I would've gone in without speaking to her. I was then introduced to Averian, who couldn't have been any kinder or down to earth. She understood what I needed for my family and was willing to help me make that happen. It was a wonderful experience all the way around and these 2 ladies made it just spectacular. I honestly dread sales people, especially in situations like buying a car, but they have completely changed my mind. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working w/ them in years to come. Thank you ladies!
Do not buy a used truck from this place. I was told they go through everything before they sell it which is bull. It has been one thing after another with this truck and they do not warranty any thing with this truck. Now it will cost me about $800 to replace the ac condenser. Please do not purchase a used vehicle here they do not do what they tell you they do to check it out . They do nothing to make sure you are getting a good truck. Another words screw over the customer. I have bought two vehicles there with in a yeAR and will never buy another one and I will definitely past this info to any one because you just don't do that to people. Just flat out poor customer service
My experience was smooth sailing! I walked on the lot with no appointment, and I walked off with my new car! There was no wait time to speak with a sales rep. My sales rep,Mr. Anthony, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He was not "just trying to make a sale." He actually took his time to show me different styles/colors. Free oil changes for life,what's stopping you from choosing Gerry Lane?!
