Instead they were helpful and supportive in every way.
Unfortunately the car was stolen. Despite what Im sure was frustration on the part of the dealership they never showed it.
We bought a 2017 F Pace from Paretti-BR in December and absolutely love it. The vehicle unfortunately had to go in for repairs due to a defective part in early February, which took about 7 weeks. Paretti is reimbursing us for February and March's notes and also gave us a beautiful, brand new Jaguar sedan to drive in the meantime. We appreciate their commitment to customer service and are glad to be a part of the Paretti family.
PARETTI Land Rover car service appointments are always a good experience... car is taken immediately upon arrival, serviced in a timely manner and returned cleaner than I brought it in...I am always satisfied with the work performed and the service reps are very thorough in completing their end of the service appointment...
