The folks at Price Leblanc are amazing. No Joke. I've never felt so warm and welcomed at a car dealership. My salesperson David Waters is the best, he made my car buying experience a breeze! He was always friendly and never pushy. He made sure that I chose the right vehicle that would fit me and all my needs. Hally Lambert is awesome too! She carefully explained all the features inside the vehicle (because there's A LOT) and assured that if I had questions I could call or come back anytime. So far I am really enjoying my first Lexus and with the great service I received, I'll be getting my second from Price Leblanc as well! Thank you David, Hally and the entire Price Leblanc team!

I drove from Houston to buy a car from Price LeBlanc. I have to say, the reviews are part of what made me drive out there and I learned the reviews are legit and well deserved. I had some very specific requests and questions before I was about to make a 9hr round trip drive, and my salesperson, David Waters, handled them all happily & without hesitation. He also sent me the service history so I could see exactly what had been done since the car was traded in. When I got there, I was treated fantastic. The car was exactly what I was told it would be. It was extremely detailed, down to the nooks & crannies behind the fold down seats. The longer I've owned the car, the more I can see how well they prepped it... When I was leaving I noticed the floor mats were missing and David bought brand new ones and had them shipped to me the next day. He also was very responsive for some things I needed AFTER the sale. I've had mostly terrible buying experiences in the past with sneaky interest rate maneuvers, having to defend myself over why I don't want overpriced warranties, issues after purchase, etc., so this was a very refreshing purchase.
Worked with David and Mindy on buying a used Jeep and it was the easiest purchase of a car I’ve ever done. They had the vehicle pulled up front ready to test drive for my appointment and getting to an agreed upon price couldn’t have been less of a haggle. They were very curtious and professional really making sure the vehicle was what I wanted to buy and fit my needs. I’d highly recommend this dealership for future vehicle purchases for anyone reading these reviews!
I've owned my Lexus LS for 8 years. I bought it online from Las Vegas for a much better price than could be found in Baton Rouge. But all maintenance has been conducted at Price LeBlanc. Great service, friendly staff. I'm probably gonna be a Lexus owner for life due to vehicle reliability and customer service experience.
